Description
We have seen that some people in our society have difficulties which other people do not have. For example, we see that some people have difficulty in seeing, hearing, learning, talking and moving around in the same way as other do. Some people show strange behavior. Some other people have no feeling in their hands and feet. Such difficulties are called disability. Experts‟ says that about 7 out of every 100 people have some disability and live their life not in the same way as others in our society. Persons with disabilities are an integral part of our society. Their rights entitlements and opportunities as well as service for their specific needs have to be made available for other person in our reach social fabric; inclusion of persons with disabilities into the mainstream of society needs to be accelerated.
